Welcome to the March 2010 issue of our eNewsletter! Sequence, Inc. is an emerging leader in the area of validation and compliance consulting in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries. Whether you are a client or industry colleague, we would like to share our newsletter with you in an effort to keep you abreast of industry news, company events, and training seminars.
We welcome our newest client Rigaku Americas Corporation. Since 1951 Rigaku has been at the forefront of analytical and industrial instrumentation technology. They are world leaders in the fields of protein and small molecule X-ray crystallography, general X-ray diffraction, X-ray spectrometry, semiconductor metrology, automation, cryogenics and X-ray optics.
Sequence, Inc. will be exhibiting at the 17th Annual International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (Carolina South Atlantic Chapter) Life Sciences Technology Show, held at the RBC Center in Raleigh NC on March 23, 2010. We will be located at Exhibit 028. A map of the location can be viewed here. Bio -
Since Joining Sequence, Inc. in 2008, Sachin has served as validation lead for the initial qualification of numerous analytical instruments and computer systems at a major biomanufacturing facility in RTP, NC. Along with analytical instrument validation, Sachin also currently serves as validation lead on a multi-site IT compliance initiative to upgrade QC computer system platforms. Prior to joining Sequence, Inc., Sachin worked as an Associate Process Development Engineer at Talecris Biotherapeutics in Clayton, NC. He primarily worked on centrifugation technology for the new fractionation facility scheduled for completion in 2012. |

11th Annual Computer and Software validation conference, will be held in San
Diego, California USA. This conference will be discussing novel
applications, tools and technology to streamline CSV processes, More information can be found

March 23rd-24th - Process Validation for Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing: Reviews the regulatory requirements and methods for validating Pharma/biopharmaceutical
manufacturing processes, including the general approach to validation; a review
of important biotechnology manufacturing processes, and the strategies and
requirements for their validation. Course will be held at the Capstone Center in Raleigh. You can find more information
